Truck had 3 places to be fixed. I can still see two of the places that were "fixed" and now my windshield whistles over 65mph. I will have to take it back in to get fixed, causing me more wasted time.

Priscilla was friendly and seemed to care, but since the truck wasn't properly fixed the first time, I cannot rate higher.

Priscilla is a treasure! She is friendly, kind, engaging and helpful! I had called the Caliber Collision in Alvin, which is where I live and have previously done business, and I was treated abruptly and rudely. Apparently they were too busy to be bothered with me and my problems. I work in Pasadena and my daughter goes to school at FBCA, so I called the location off of Fairmont. I'm SO glad I did! From the first phone call til I paid, Priscilla was wonderful! The window is fixed!! Thank you very much!!

I was told my car would be ready within 2 weeks but it took over a month to be done. The date I was told my car would be ready I went back to Texas only for someone to tell me my car wasn't actually at 99 percent done like I was told. I made two trips to Texas on the count of what I was told. Once I did pick up my car and went back to Louisiana one of my hubcaps came off, when I called to let Priscilla know she told me they would send me a new set but I still haven't received it yet. I've tried to contact her but she never responded. However my car was nice and clean I just wish I didn't have to made blank trips which costed too much money.
