I received exceptional service from Gabriel Nunez and Jennifer Behar. I was sent frequent updates on progress of repair and when I arrived, both of the staff members reminded me to think about filling my rental car up before returning it…. Which I failed to do. By allowing me to go gas up they allow me to save money! The work was professionally done. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at Caliber Collision. Tom .

Gabriel was very very professional, understanding and honest with my concerns and questions. He updated me daily on the status of the vehicle. I highly recommend Caliber Collision and especially Gabriel. (I will be taking the Chrysler in on Monday due to the drivers side front door needs some adjustment)

I called to ask if my vehicle was ready for pick up the day it was estimated to be done. The person that picked up the phone told me that Omar would call me back. He never called. The estimated date change to the following Monday. On Monday I never received a call from Omar and the completion day changed to the next day. The communication with the customers needs to improve.
