I wish that the other Caliber locations customer service and their teams are as pleasant , knowledgeable and reassuring as the team at this location. Names I can recall are Miss Hernandez and Trish. I'm sure the workers in the workshop are awesome too as my car was done to my satisfaction and they went above and beyond . Thank you Caliber team at this location.

The 1st time I went to pick up the vehicle, the painted door had ripples and they had put parts back on that said replace in green. The Quality Assurance (QA) did an inspection and didn't see it, called me and said the car is good togo. When I showed up I noticed and rejected the work.

I called Tuesday check on my vehicle they said it would be ready by Friday. I get a call at 515pm on Friday sorry it needs to be washed and inspected beready on Monday.
