I’ve had two bad experience with caliber I brought my vehicle in to be serviced by caliber and Barbara Cypress. They change struts ball joints forgot to put the pin back in. I was driving made a turn in the wheel came off. Someone hit me in my vehicle. I was recommended to caliber again in receiving my truck back. My antenna came up missing the GM of that particular location refused to pay me what they cost was he made one of the crisis comments in the world. I got a free running board. My insurance company is taken care of my damages. I paid my deductible and his response back. I got a free running board with nothing on my vehicle came from his location was free very unprofessional. Don’t treat the customers correctly when they have an issue as I have. Think about this my items came missing in their care in refused to pay. I’m sorry. Reimburse me on what I paid.
