Please make it part of your process when customers are dropping their car off, to let them know the acceptable forms of payments. As it is a big inconvenience when a customer comes to pay with cash only to be told you all no longer accept cash. Myself and another customer that was there to pick up vehicles had to leave and go and get a money order because we were not informed Caliber Collision does not accept cash.

It was an amazing costumer service experience. The gentleman that assisted me (Anthony) was very kind, helpful, respectful, made sure I was updated and did everything he could so that I would not only had a great but an amazing costumer service experience getting my car repaired. Not to mention my car was done faster than I had expected. The job that was done in my car was amazing! Couldn't love the costumer service and repairs any more! Thank you!
