The team at Caliber went above and beyond in the repairs done to my truck. There were a few small things out of place on the interior that were not part of the repair, but the guys went ahead and fixed them while they had my truck. The repairs appear to have been professionally, with great care. The work on my truck was done excellently and the staff I interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Caliber to a friend.

The staff at Caliber is very friendly, and they did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop on what was being done to my truck. My only complaint is about what was on the TV when I came to pick up my truck. It just happened to be a not very family friendly part of whatever hollywood/celebrity show was on at the time. Not something I'd want my son or daughter seeing. I know we can't control what the shows put out there, but we can control what shows are on. But the customer service itself was excellent.

Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. They fixed our car in one day!!!!! And the work was outstanding. Anthony was very informative. His communication skills are second to none. I will never go to anyone else. I am hoping I never need another body shop but if I do, it will be Caliber Collision.
