I was very satisfied with Caliber Collision. Even though my car was declared a total loss, my experience with them was excellent—especially after having a bad experience with another shop before. They completely changed my perspective on body shops. From now on, if I ever need a body shop again, I will choose Caliber Collision. They are the definition of a real, professional shop. They kept me updated on the status of my car, invited me to see the vehicle and the damages in person, and took the time to clearly explain how the entire process works. Highly recommended
