Getting my car repaired at Caliber Collision was a great experience. Paul explained to me the process of repairing my car. He was courteous and professional, and communicated all repair updates. My car really looks good! The lobby is a nice open space; and the refreshments were greatly appreciated. Popcorn was delicious!!! Thank you!

It is still a piece cracked badly on top of the left fender they were supposed to fix, there is a noticeable gap between fender and hood now on the drivers side. Could’ve changed the tire because it got pretty bashed up on the edges because the fender liner was hanging when she hit me. Everything else was perfect, the communication, the mechanic that was working with me, and the paint job. On the other hand, I know it wasn’t my money that paid for it but for the amt the insurance paid I didn’t expect to see a piece worse than it was before I brought the car in and for the same tire to be given back to me.

Dana was great at communicating with me with repair updates. I appreciate it when I went to the shop to retrieve a item from my car and they let me, which I was grateful for! Picking up my vehicle was smooth as Dana explained the repairs thoroughly. Overall, smooth and amazing experience!
