Paul was excellent in customer service. I have an expensive beautiful brand new Toyota Highlander and I accidentally hit some road debris. I was very worried as the car was only a week old and I wanted it back to looking brand new. Paul took charge and kept me informed the entire way and my car looks beautiful again!

They did an overall great job and finished ahead of schedule. Unfortunately when I arrived home I realized there was drops of paint that slightly altered the appearance near the front passenger door.

This comment is a overall. I felt welcomed upon arrival as the receptionist greeted me and assured me everything would be handled. I then met with the adjuster, who explained the process and confirmed that everything would be taken care of. He provided an estimated time for the car's repair, and the vehicle was ready a day early. The only request I have is that the other department not change the radio stations. When I retrieved my car, I was surprised to find all ten of my radio stations switched to Spanish channels. I appreciate the humor, but I didn't find it funny—one station might be okay, but all ten is too much.

This crew went above and beyond for my vehicle. They did more than just fix my car. I was hit in an accident and did not go back into my car after. They cleaned up my car on top of making it drive the way it did before. Love these people
