Updates and overall communication was lacking. I had to use the online-based tracking tool for information, but that seemed to rarely update. When the scheduled date of completion was reached, I had not heard anything directly from a representative regarding my vehicle, so I had to call for an update. Online tracking is ok, but it's equally important to hear from am actual person regarding updates especially if the customer has questions or needs additional clarification.

From the time I had the estimate until it was finished the job was great and smooth. You guys finished days in advance of your estimated time which really helped me out. Andrew, the estimator was great.

I was under the impression that Ashley had told me that the bumper scratches on the bottom would be corrected. When I checked to see if they were corrected, I discovered that they were not.
