What a "people person"; she was there every step of the way throughout the entire body reconstruction process. Tami and the people at Caliber Collision kept me updated and informed via text progress reports. Thank you for returning my car and life back to normal.;)

Back bumper paint chipped area not repaired as promised. Vehicle not washed inside and out as promised and I know you're not responsible for it but all but pennies taken from change cup.very nice customer service people but I'll never choose caliber again

I was asked for 500 for my final cost . USAA verified that I owe nothing . My trunk did not open properly and had to be adjusted before I took it . I believe that a light scratch on my drivers rear area was not there before . Not sure . My contact person at Calibre was certainly couerteous . Thanks

I have been to ur shop twice now in 2 years and i can't tell u how much o am satisfied with every aspect of the job......the first time was major repair ...6,000 dollars worth....this time about 1,800 dollars but I got complete satisfaction both times.....thank u sooooo much for making both experiences bearable!!!!!!!! I just hope I don't see u again in the near future ..... A job well done!!!!!! U made it completely stress free.......thank u again!!!!!!!!
