Great costumer service experienced. Tammy is Amazing! She's so friendly, I had a chance to tell her my awful experienced from the other repair shop. Someone uninsured ran a red light and T-boned me 4 weeks after I got my new car. It was a horrible decision thinking it would be best to take it to the dealer shop. It took 2 months to finished and fired 2 managers during my car repair and I could never understand how I lost 400 miles while the car was in the shop. A week prior to picking up my car, a 3rd replacement manager told me it will be ready for pick up. I almost cried when I opened the door of my car, filled with dust black stained on seats and above. Thank you Tammy for making my experienced Awesome! Same goes to the Caliber Collision Staff in Cockeysville.
