Repairs were done to perfection. However, I was told I would be without the car for one week, and it took two weeks. Also, I was receiving updates stating it might have been 2.5 weeks. The car rental cost was over $700 and insurance provided $200. It was a bumper replacement. Great workmanship, but longer than anticipated timing.
