I’m very satisfied with the work, however everytime I’ve used (3 times) this company, when I dropped my vehicle off there is nothing mechanical wrong with other than damages caused by the accident . First time something was wrong with my exhaust system, second time crack in my windshield and third time check engine light was on. Before I dropped my vehicle off didn’t have any issues other then damages from the accident

Great Job! Finding a great body shop is like finding a great periodontist, orthodontist, etc., where you’re experience is so rewarding that you almost wish you could do it again. But you can feel relieved to know where to go if you need to get your car repaired again.

The repair that I bought my car in for was fixed however, my car was damaged while on the property (right side)and now coincidentally my right light bulb is now not working. I did take my car back for the bulb and they told me it was defective but they would change it. 20 mins after leaving the so called replacement light that they put in is no longer working. Also no one from regional by the name of Harry has returned my call

The silver paint on the replacement driver side mirror does not match the texture and smooth finish of the factory mirror on passenger side. The actual mirror itself is different than the factory mirror as objects appear larger in the replacement mirror than the factory mirror on the passenger side. Left turn signal is not functioning properly and is causing a light on the dashboard. These are my initial findings discovered while driving the car home from Caliber today on March 23,2026.
