Everything was great except front desk help. Mechanics were very knowledgeable and helpful, easy to talk to and friendly. They fixed my car exactly in the amount of days they said they would. Front desk lady was condescending and rude and I almost walked out the door and took my vehicle to another shop. I really felt insulted by her attitude especially when I was bringing business to your location. I thought about leaving a review but honestly I got my car fixed so she is not my problem anymore she is your problem in my opinion.

The work was done sooner than expected, I appreciated all the updates, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I also liked the partnership with Enterprise rental and I could leave my rental there for pick up. Excellent work and service.

Everyone at Caliber Collision was so nice. They explained everything and helped me get home when I dropped off my car. They went above and beyond to help me. Shayne went out of his way to keep me informed about the progress of my repair and even came and picked me up so I could get my car when it was ready. I will highly recommend them.

Because my vehicle has Disabled Veteran (DV) plates, I have free toll road privileges that don't apply to rental cars.
