Our car had intensive damage and Caliber Collision did a great job fixing all of it for us. They gave us updated information frequently and the car was completed in a very timely fashion. Chris was amazing!

Caliber went above and beyond to make sure I had a rental and actually took me to Enterprise because Enterprise stop answering their phone and we're taking too long so caliber took me there instead of me sitting there waiting. And they kept me updated every step of the process of my car getting fixed which was really nice highly recommend .

I really appreciated the kind people I dealt with at your facility. Everyone was so helpful & kept me informed the whole time. I’m sorry I can’t remember the young man’s name that went over my car when I brought it in, but he thoroughly assessed the damage to me and even saw other damage I had not seen before. He was very knowledgeable and assured me they would do the best job on my car. I felt good about leaving it with them. After it was done he called me to go get it & then showed me everything that was repaired. I am quite happy with the job they did on my car. They even finished it a lot sooner than expected. The experience was totally easy & helpful. The young man that went over my car when I brought it in was extremely helpful & did a through job. Then when they were finished he went back over all the repairs. They even finished 2 days earlier than expected. I am totally satisfied! Even the lady at the front desk was pleasant & easy to talk to. Thank you Caliber Collision!😊

I recently had repair work completed on my 2022 Chevy Tahoe at Caliber Collision Hutto, and I had a great overall experience. Shane Murphy, the service estimator, was professional, communicative, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The repairs to the rear right corner of my vehicle were completed in less than a week, which exceeded my expectations. I also really appreciated the added convenience of the shuttle service when I dropped off my vehicle, and having my Tahoe delivered back to me upon completion made the experience even better. The quality of the work, customer service, and efficiency were all outstanding. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing collision repair services.
