Body work was well done. Driver side window has a click when raised fully closed, the repair date miscommunication, and the rear of the vehicle returned dirty, and scuffed.

My 2023 Hyundai Palisade was repaired from an accident. I was satisfied with the bodywork that was done. The driver side window now has a click at the top when closing. I was not satisfied with the condition that the car was returned. It looked as if something had been transported in the back of the car. The seats were down. It was dirty, and there were scuff marks left on the sides of the interior.

I had repairs done to my 2023 Hyundai Palisade. I was satisfied with the actual repairs. The driver’s side window now has a click at the top when closing. I was not satisfied with the condition that car was returned. It looked as if something had been transported in the back of the car. It was dirty, and there were scuff marks left on the interior siding.

The service I received was extremely disappointing. The estimator was unprofessional and made sarcastic comments regarding the length of time the service center had my vehicle. In addition, I was charged extra for keeping my vehicle beyond the expected time. I believe customers deserve professional communication, respectful treatment, and a clear explanation of any additional charges. The way this situation was handled was unacceptable, and I am dissatisfied with both the customer service and the lack of professionalism demonstrated during the process.

I was surprised that the work was completed so fast. Steven told me a couple of days or possibly a few days longer depending on how much work needed to be done. He was able to get it completed in one day. Steven explained everything to me before and after the work was completed and did a great job. Thank you so very much!

Jhon and all the staff were courteous and helpful. There were delays in the work resutling from the dealer not sending parts right away, but Jhon kept me informed throughout the process. I appreciate that he stayed onsite until close of business so I could pick up at 530.

My experience with Caliber Collision on Buchanan Street in Hyattsville, MD was excellent. The time estimate was accurate to within one business day. The explanation of the repair was clear and complete, in accordance with Geico's estimate. The completed job looks perfect to me. My dealings with the agent at Caliber were always transparent, and they were clear about anything that might have seemed like a divergence from normal. A paint job that was deemed to be less than satisfactory (some sagging on an edge) was re-done on their initiative, before I even saw it. Caliber did not ever seem to need to negotiate with Geico about the repair. I am very happy with this job, and I would return to this shop.

The repair was done beautifully, within 1 business day of the projected completion date. There was lots of update information from Caliber, almost every day. The agent explained everything to me at the start and finish. The car was all cleaned up very nicely inside and out. I am very happy.
