The whole experience from the start was made easy and pleasant. My problem came from the confusion caused by uncoordinated reports as to when my car would be ready. When I dropped it off on a Tuesday I was told Friday. I got a text saying the following Tuesday and a call saying Monday and then another putting it off to Tuesday. I gave several ways to be contacted when asked and I guess that was that was the problem.

Only problem was that I was told that car would be ready on September 11 but the shop called me at noon on Friday a week early. I could not leave work before they closed. Because of that miscommunication, I was obliged to pay for the weekend rental. There was no way for me to leave the office in VA via metro, pick up the rental, and return it tithe shop before it closed.

There was change missing from my car. It was only 20-30 cents worth, but I don't know why it was gone. The repair was for my front bumper. The back seats of my car were moved. I always keep both seats down and when I picked the car up, the seats were up. There was also a plumber's folder in the back of the car. I have no idea why people had to get into the back seats of my car or why someone left a plumbing folder in the back seat of my car for a front bumper repair.
