Get better front desk employee with great customer service skills and you got yourself a great business. The front desk person is the first person you see coming in and first impressions are everything. People don't like being treated poorly especially when you're spending your bucks.

The first day I dropped my car off, the receptionist there that day had poor customer services skills. When I approached the front desk, she looked at me and asked "What do you need?". Very rudely. Another employee intervened and take care of me and got me to the right person. Everyone else were great and helpful.

I came in with a timeline that other collision places could not meet. But Mike promised me that Caliber will meet my 10 days timeline. The job was perfect 10/10 and most importantly, they vaccumed and cleaned my vehicle inside out, and even shined my tires. Thanks Mike.
