Caliber does excellent work. My car looks as close to new as an older car possibly can. In addition, they take care to keep me informed on the progress of the repair and when it's expected to be completed. Excellent customer support.

I would recommend going to Caliber Collision on 1234 S Dodgion Ave. in Independence, MO.

They never looked at the car. We had to have it moved to another Caliber Collision.

If they would have been honest with me from the beginning, we would have sent the car to a different Caliber Collision.

I was not kept in the loop.

I had no interaction except for the lady i gave my keys to. That was it!. I fave her the keys she said someone would contact me. I was called voiplr of days later and told my car was totaled. No satisfaction measure could involve this picture .
