When I originally went in, I had agreed to a quote and an estimate. But when I called back after getting the estimate, they said they had already taken my car apart and would not return it to me even though I needed it for work and did not have a rental. Once I told them to go ahead and just finish it up they gave me a timeline of about a week and a half, which by the very end of it turned into almost a month. Me and my husband both work full-time and have a kid that we have to get from point to point B and working up one car for a month was very difficult for our family. Every time I called for an update there was another delay. They continue to nickel and dime are insurance company by the end of the experience. The price had almost doubled for something that should’ve been a simple repair as somebody who could’ve fixed their own car. I was very disappointed in this experience.

My resent trip to caliber collision for repairs on my car. They were very efficient and keep me posted on the progress, I couldn’t have been more pleased, especially with Gabby she was wonderful. I would definitely use them again in the future

I think you guys did a great job on the repair and it looks good and drives great! I would say maybe a little better communication next time or for others on the day the car the car is ready for pickup and communicating that ahead of time. I also had some minor scratches on the trunk of my car that I noticed once I received my car back as well as my window is no longer working in correct fashion which wasn’t happening before.

The staff at Caliber has to deal with a lot of people who aren’t happy about having to deal with their car being repaired. All your staff from the receptionist to the general manager all seemed very keen on the customer being happy.
