I dropped the car off on Monday and I was told it would be ready on Wednesday by text. I did not hear from anyone until Friday when I stopped by and picked up the car. Patrick the manager did pick up the insurance cost I had incurred for the week.

I dropped my car off on Monday and I received some texts that my car would be ready on Wednesday. I received no contact from Caliber collision from Tuesday through Thursday. I called on Thursday and they told me they were working on it and would let me know. I did not hear from them. On friday I received a text early in the morning that my car was ready. Patrick the manager apologized and paid for my rental insurance that came our of my pocket for the week.
