Chris, Jerry, and Brittany were a great team. It has been 8 weeks since our accident and it was disappointing to discover that the other repair shop didn't finish the job and to have issues with some of the repairs they did do. I greatly appreciate Jerry and Chris listening to my concerns, addressing all of them, and getting the job done quickly. Brittany was a big help with providing the rental car.
