No one wants to have to go to a collision center, but the Caliber Collision team were great at communication by providing weekly updates, next steps, and keeping me informed. Door looks great, wheel looks great. But was told the tire would be replaced because it had cut in the side wall but it was not replaced, same tire on with a cut in the side wall
