Caliber damaged front bumper, confirmed by employees at pickup from initial photos of vehicle at drop off, damage was done under care of Caliber. Photo of damage available upon request. Battery connection cable was barely connected, discovered when the car wouldn’t start. Windshield replacement was not satisfactory, multiple scratches in windshield that can be felt. After not having my vehicle for six weeks, we are not satisfied.

Work product is unsatisfactory. My friends can not believe that they claim other vehicle was fixed.

The bumper was worse after I brought the vehicle in for repair, I can not believe that they would claim it was fixed , the bumper looks terrible .

I appreciate the quality of the work overall but I’m particularly grateful for the repair of the dent on the back lift gate. Although it took a month to get my car back, I understand that you have to have right parts to make everything work!

My vehicle has been hit twice in a short period of time. Having the stress with insurance, the wrecking company no communication , amber made things less stressful. I am thankful for the communication I wasn’t receiving from everyone else to even get the car to your caliber facility. Very professional and understanding would recommend her to anyone 😊
