While the quality of the repair was important, the service advisor assigned to me did an outstanding job in describing the entire process from insurance, to needed repairs, to scheduling, to updates and final inspection. He took total responsibility for making sure we were informed, received prompt answers to our questions, and took pride in representing an excellent job by the folks back in the shop.
