Both Chris and the receptionist(didn’t get her name), did a great job in welcoming me, as well as explain in detail about what would happen in regards to the repair process. I was kept up to date on the progress in a timely manner. Upon completion, they both explained things and answered any questions I had. The final repair looked great, and I could not happier with the job the team did on my car.

Work was fantastic. Delay in timeline and techs causing delay for Lance our contact seemed to be the worst part. Ready and then not ready and then more delays caused us anxiety that I wasn’t used to with caliber
