The only reason I would hesitate to give a rating of 10 is because of the centralized system. The personal of the centralized system were pleasant, and as helpful as the system allowed them to be. I'll bet lance and the office personnel at 88th street in Indianapolis could help you with a better design.

The short coming of the customer service was the central calling system. It took 24 hrs before a tow came, while at first i was being told it would be 2 hr. This was the .message 3 times! When the truck came the next day, the driver had instructions to deliver to the wrong location, causing a second tow to the correct shop. 2 days laterI was calleed and asked if we still needed towing. This part of the service was a zero. The service at the 88th street shop was excellent. The office personnel we very helpful and pleasant. In 55 years of working with body shops, I've never worked with anyone as all around excellant as Lance Scholl! In fact, I've never delt with , or hired an anyone, who was better at their job than Lance is at his.
