The team at Caliber went above and beyond to keep me informed about my repairs and they were very empathetic and responsive. I had never been in a major collision and I appreciate the time they took upfront (and throughout the repairs) to make sure I understood the process. It’s evident the Caliber team understands that it’s not “just a car.” I never thought my SUV would look the same — or better than new. I appreciate their craftsmanship and attention to detail. This location was recommended to me by a friend after my accident. Was hesitant to drive that far for repairs but very glad I did. From the time I dropped my vehicle off until I picked it up received nothing but excellent service. You sure can’t find that kind of service around this area.

Everyone on I came in contact was very friendly and helpful. I have had vehicles repaired before and never received such excellent service as I did this time.
