Work, repair itself, was beautiful, and I very much appreciated the thorough cleaning done inside. Unfortunately, communication throughout the process was rather poor. I was told several times that I would be contacted with updates. That didn’t happen. In fact, at one point, I went into the shop to find out the status, when phone calls were not forthcoming. I am now waiting for a call about the $500 deductible, which my insurance said should not have been collected. I was told that Caliber would call me today, but they did not.
