We came into the Downtown/ McCarty St. store and was sent away. Told we had to have an appointment for an estimate. Never have had this happen in my life. We had used services at that location previously when under a different ownership. Very strange.

The customer service at Caliber is excellent. I think the repair department needs improvement. My car was repaired a couple of months ago and a new drivers rear view mirror was installed and team failed to paint the interior of the mirror.
