I am very thankful I chose this Caliber Collision branch (Castleton). The Google reviews were very accurate- they all were amazing and my experience was amazing. I am especially thankful to Lance as he made sure everything went smoothly and kept me updated every other day. His customer service was impeccable and my Mini Cooper came out great! Amazing customer service from Lance. He is great! Kept me informed of everything (literally every other day I would receive an update which made me feel taken care of and very at peace with the process) and he also went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and on time.
