Very communicative and very fast on the repairs. Also they helped me get things straightened out with my rental and insurance company when I was getting frustrated by not getting what I needed, they did it all and had it straightened out for me. Highly recommend every time.

Lance was amazing! He was so kind and took the time to answer my questions, made me feel heard and understood with the concerns of my vehicle, and kept me up to date on my vehicle. I greatly appreciated the updates! As well as the amazing and above and beyond customer service of the curiosity buffing of my other headlight that was not damaged in my accident. Hope I am never in another accident, but if I am, I will use Caliber Collision!
