The secretary that picked the phone is very rude I choose your company to repair my vehicle and they want me to be be the one taking the vehicle around your locations for different fixing, that’s a no, my insurance has approved the vehicle to be painted so calliope needs to get it done, how they move the vehicle around or do it is not my responsibility Your company had my vehicle for almost two months yet they can’t figure out and do proper diagnostics of the vehicle to repair everything needed after the accident You gave me a vehicle with a bad breaks I almost hit another vehicle Now you said the brakes have been replaced, have you guys test run the vehicle to see if everything looks good? Has all paint work been done Until all these are fixed then caliber collision is not done Thank you

My vehicle is still in Greenwood, waiting to be get and fixed as you have refused to finished all the work on it Insurance approved and paid you guys We have been on this for almost a month Y’all need to fix the paint stains on the vehicle as I have paid my deductible For the rental vehicle caliper gave me, it will be returned as soon as my vehicle is ready for pick up Suddenly caliper is too busy to attend to customer concerns after fully paid Caliper will fix and clean my vehicle in and out before I pick up Thank you

Communication from PaTyn was clear and prompt. They kept me consistently updated with the progress of my repair and the team got my car done within my rental car window which was great. Hopefully I won't have to be back, but if I do, I'll definitely be back to this location.

The whole team was fantastic and kind. Everyone I talked to was very professional and could answer my questions. Austin was also great at listening to my concerns when I brought the car in and I’m so glad I was able to pick it up so early in the morning.

Payton was the one who did my estimate and repairs I think. He was incredible at explaining the process and was super kind throughout it all. I dropped my car off and it was fixed two days later. The manager introduced himself (I forgot his name, I’m sorry) when I picked my car up and explained how he is working to improve many things at that location. My car was cleaner than it’s been in a long time and even my wheels were shiny! Their hard work shows and I even recommended them to a coworker of mine. 1000/10 service. Thanks guys!

I personally think the total cost of the repair shouldn't be over $10000. I have to admit that they were doing a great job to make the car like new, but I would not repair at Caliber if insurance is not paying for everything.

The customer service at Caliber was great. I want to mention Stephanie Allen, who is at Avon Caliber in Indiana. She was very nice at all times. At first, the insurance wanted me to drop my car to the Caliber in Plainfield, but the front desk lady (I don't know her name) was so rude that I had to ask the insurance company to change the location to Avon. When I when to Avon, it felt to me like a different world.
