PaTyn was amazing to work with. He provided timely updates and always answered every (annoying) question of mine. Caliber had my car for almost 4 months, due to unexpected delays, but PaTyn was amazing to work with through the whole process.

When asking about the sound the wheel was making I was told they “couldn’t see anything wrong” and that I needed to contact a mechanic. When the cosmetic repairs were complete we took it to a mechanic to learn that the wheel was about to fall off. It was a simple tightening of lights. This surprised me. Also, they were supposed to contact us with a quote to repair another cosmetic issue and we received no call. Finally, in looking over the vehicle post completion it seems that the quarter panel isn’t as tight on the side that was fixed as the other side. Those were a few things that led to my disappointment.

Por lo general estoy muy agradecida con las reparaciones quedo como nuevo. Solamente un pequeño detalle la puerta de atrás cuesta que cierre del lado derecho hay que poner un poco más de fuerza para que pueda agarrar el seguro no quedo como el del lado izquierdo qué cierra con facilidad

There’s damage under the car engine. The plastic covers looked damaged due to tow truck that pulled my car onto it. I’m disappointed that no one from your team noticed it.
