Something’s up with the parking brake adjustment so it sticks on. Which is fine, I don’t use it all that much, but seems like it should’ve been caught.

Fantastic working with Tom. Working in racing, nothing else ever moves fast enough. I appreciate the correspondence that I had with Tom who kept me up to date on what was happening my truck though

The car was driveable. It should not have been asked to be brought in until the parts were in hand you had the insurance adjustment saying what parts were needed three days prior to asking for the car. I would have signed to pay for the parts ahead of time. also I never received a single phone call just emails. ANd they were not timely .

The people were great, and working with Aaron made for a smooth experience. The repairs took a little longer than we thought (~30 days), but all in all, I'm very happy with my experience.

Experience was great...great job with the car. I thought it was a little odd just turning over keys for the rental without getting a written receipt that I returned the car in good condition with ample gas...but the guy working for Caliber assured me everything was fine.
