I will be bringing the car back tomorrow. I never opened the passenger side door until this evening and found out it's rubbing against the fender that was replaced. It already took the paint down to bare metal in two spots along the edge of the door.

They did not install the fender correctly. The passenger door was rubbing against the replaced fender which caused the paint to come off inside both the door and the fender. They fixed it right away and paid for a rental during the repair but it was a major inconvenience to have to bring the van back for repair to the repairs that they were suppose to fix.

The service and expertise at Caliber are second to none! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a more professional and pleasant staff in a service business. Everyone I encountered were all about making me happy. I hope I never have a need for car damage repair again but this is definitely where I will take my business.
