Service was great...repairs seem fine. Upon first inspection in good light...my spare tire was hanging free and loosely from below. I retrieve the tool to retract the spare into place and it doesnt even reach the new system. Forced to scratch tailgate and took 15 min. To raise 8 inches because of improper clearances.

Tom is great at communicating and establishing customer expectations. He does a great job of providing timely status updates. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had from a company. The work completed on my car was done well and timely. I cannot thank you enough.

I have used Church Bros for years with great pleasure. The process this time seemed to have a smaller amount of communication via text which I previously found so useful. I had my vehicle fixed by a Broad Ripple shop about 25 years ago and was so frustrated that I had to call them and nothing was on time. With Church Bros the communication was 100x better with about every other day text or email. Aaron McGinn is one of your best ambassadors - he is fantastic. I will definitely be back - no question. But for the person in charge of communication - it could be enhanced a bit. Thanks for adking
