Because they returned my car with an electrical problem which is running my battery down up until now and I really dont like it. So I'd not too happy to recommend someone to calliber Collision because the same thing might happen to that person.

Everyone was super amazing. They responded to all my questions professionally and in a timely manner. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and made it a pleasant experience. Every person from the front desk receptionist to the adjuster were organized and knowledgeable. I will add that I did ask a lot of questions and I never felt like they were bothered with it, which made me feel very comfortable and welcomed which is really important to me during a stressful process where I didn't have a car. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you all!
