When the car first came out the cover over the exhaust was not aligned. I had asked about it and was told that it was not normal. They took it back into the shop and fixed it in 5 minutes. Later I saw a part over my back right tire that had a 3 mm gap. When I went to look at it I saw two clips were damaged. These were not damaged by the initial crash since the crash impacted primarily the left rear. I reached out and got it fixed free of charge but these were pretty obvious visible quality misses. I am happy they got fixed without issue, but they shouldn’t be there in the first place in my opinion.

Thank you for repairing my car. My experience was great. Austin was the mechanic and he made sure I knew every step he was taking by texting me to keep me informed. I really appreciated that. It was a personal touch. If I ever needed your assistance again I would definitely come back to you guys. Which I hope I never will but will definitely recommend you to someone else. Thank you so much for making my tragedy less painful. Like it was just a bad dream. All good.
