Probably not your fault, but State Farm is very slow. I liked the work, but until I feel I got unpleasant, it was hard to get updates. The work was fine, though, as far as I can tell.

The repair took two months because of back and forth with the insurance agent then folks taking vacations before confirming work and estimates. There was nothing I could do but wait until the issue was resolved between companies. I am STILL waiting on my emblem to be delivered so it can be put back on...so in essence...the repair is still not complete. When I receive my truck back, my keyless entry had not been wired correctly and did not work at at. The window guard on the front driver side (where most of the repair took place) is completely detached and now water leaks in-between the door when it rains. And my wheel well cover was not properly secured so the clip failed as soon as the speed got up to 40 mph. I was made aware that the fender and door may not fit back on properly...which is understandable...however these other issues do not have anything to do with misalignment. I truly like the work CC does... it's just this time...I feel neglected.

I just want to say thank you so much. The people in this office is so professional , they kept me informed on everything that they were doing to my car. They stayed open late for me to pick it up and I really appreciated that and the work that they done was excellent. My car looks exactly like it did when I first bought it and they also washed it. I will not take my car to any place else and hopefully I don’t have to. Calliber Collision was amazing.💕 and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

The customer service at Caliber was strong. The only problem I had was Enterprise taking a long time to arrive, but when I asked the lady at the front desk, she called and checked in immediately. This was much appreciated.
