Caliber collision, Lafayette Road, agreed to work with my insurance provider, even though they are not a partner with the company. I really appreciated this, and they handled the repairs extremely professionally, promptly, and kept me while informed of the process. I would definitely recommend and use again.

The Caliber on Lafayette Road in Indy is awesome. This was the second experience I’ve had and they’ve both exceeded my expectations. John is so helpful, communicated everything well and ensured I understood the process fully. I love that they cleaned my car and took care of the rental return. It’s the little things like this that really make Caliber standout. Mary is also great!

Mary, Jon, Travis and anyone else that I may have encountered on your team ALL were outstanding. Mary represented Caliber very well, very professional and pleasant. She was the first I came in contact with. Jon was the main person I had most contact with. He was the BEST he really was. He explained everything that he knew for sure was going to happen, he let me know that once they took a better look underneath the back of my car that there could possibly be more but would let me know. He kept up with me every few days to give me a progress report and I really appreciated that. I never once worried about my vehicle and the care I knew it was getting. Travis reached out to me as well to see if I had questions or anything. Your team was truly amazing. I am proud of their them and their work. I will always come back to Caliber Collision and I will refer anyone I know that may need any collision repairs done to Caliber. And thats not all. I came back tomy baby all prettied up not only on the outside but the inside as well. Now that was awesome!! Thank you all so very much for taking care of me. Many blessings!

I think overall it is fine. Just need them to keep promises and if they cannot then let the customer know. The customer should not have to be calling and then when promised, not delivered.

Did not like the communication. I was told I would be called back on Tuesday afternoon so I could know whether I needed to rent the car. Since I heard nothing i rented the car Wednesday AM only to be told 2 hours later in an email that the car was ready. That was frustrating because I made the request for communication clear with respect to time of repair completion. Renting just took up extra time that i did not have and was unable to plan adequately for.

None of my sensors work I have black glue on my side panel on the floor passenger side I don’t think my break lights nor my fog lights work I was not satisfied with the business I wish I would have took my car else where
