Communication was not good. Fir some reason I was not able to get text messages nor did I receive any emails until the very end of the process. Given it took 10 weeks to complete the repairs, I was was calling on a weekly basis... if not more frequently. For the most part, the info I rec'd was usually vague and often inaccurate. I can say that Mary was very nice and tried to be helpful.

Frankly, I was not going to respond. Not only should the repair be excellent with Service as well I’ve had so many excuses from that Lafayette location about time factor, detailing, frankly, I feel those that had a rent a car receive preferential treatment. Doesn’t make me write that I saw with my own eyes their vehicle, immaculate inside and out

Only received two updates from the system. I was told if Mary didn’t send me an update that that update was not accurate from the system. Lo and behold yes it was. The system said I would receive my car on 29 August. So did I after waiting an hour for the vehicle?

Took longer for repairs than I understood. Told a ‘couple of weeks’ but over 3 weeks to complete the work. Was unaware that there was additional damage not on original estimate.
