When I dropped my car off the staff was incredibly helpful and they made sure I was not only able to drop my car off for repairs but connected with my insurance adjuster and made sure I got a rental car. They finished my car early and took care of all of the details for the return rental. Ensured that I was satisfied with the work, and did it with respect and friendliness. Very satisfied with the experience.

They had our vehicle over a week before they started repairs. At one point they said they couldn't do the repairs but then the travelers liason got involved and suddenly they could. Also, multiple items were missing from the inside of our vehicle when we got it back, kids' Nike hats, Ray Ban sunglasses, and who knows what else we aren't aware of.
