I will be returning tomorrow. The rims on the right side were not repaired and the steering wheel is still not straight when going straight. Repair is on going. Rental car was extended, then travellers backed out of paying for it. I was going to return it when I was told it was extended. Surprise, not cool.

Back again today 4th X they put back wiper on upside down & scratches on new bumper piece I had to wait another day for. The didn’t see it wasn’t repaired in QC the 1st time. The don’t communicate as state when dropped off. This has been a very time consuming & lots of gas to get my car repaired correctly. Sorry & apology doesn’t cut it after 4 times. The survey for positive comments for a chance to win a gift card is a joke!!!

Told me it was ready went to go pick it up after I examined it I found that the bumper hadn’t been fixed or replaced so they had to keep. again went back the next day tell me it still wasn’t ready after they told me it was ready so the third time in one week I went to get it and the bumper had been replaced and went through paint but now there was a scratch on it and white stuff all over the liftgate of the car they had replaced. they never checked it they never went out with me to look at it to sign off on it. The first time I took it they told me they had all the parts had a rental for one day called me the next day and told me they didn’t have all the parts I needed to come pick it back up. I was not happy with the way they communicate or inspect or lack of inspecting before returning my vehicle. The paint job does look good but that’s about all I can say good about them. The Gave me a survey to complete and if I put positive comments I could be entered in a contest to win $100 gift card kind of says it all right there.
