Kept my car for over 30 days still have to take it back because there was minder things that have to be completed and they seem to make it seem as if I was being pushing Took it back and they still fall to complete them As for the paint job , great job it was the time frame the extra money out of pocket for renter and having to keep taken it back I found something that left in my truck looked it us say it was a panel for windows motor they r telling me it's for the headlight they replace but I know better then that fall to put it back on for the cost I feel that it should be done correctly right it's and inconvenient to keep have to take it back the hood is not on track right

The only reason I didn’t say 10 was when it came to finding the piece in part we pretty much found it ourselves and dealt with the insurance to get it priced so we could get my car back sooner. I wish that would’ve been done even quicker than us having to come up with it

They were very helpful from the time I dropped my car off all the way till the day and picked it up. Everyone was very nice and they always so responsive to all of my questions via text (which was a huge help cause I work the same hours they operated and can’t always take time to call). Also, the work done my car looks new ! I’m very happy and would come back if and whenever I need body work done. Thank-you guys and Lori!

Overall satisfied with customer service. There was confusion initially that I had an appointment but then it was escalated to someone who actually saw the books. I had a minor heart attack in the meantime since I had already been waiting three weeks.

I valued the conversation in the time in appreciation for both of the employees that were there on site at the facility to take the time to answer any questions and also give me information that I need it as this being my first time being in a car accident and having my car fixed.
