It started out with Amanda, she was absolutely fantastic on the front line answering my questions. She suggested that I bring it down for Randy to take a look at to get an idea of how long it might take since I was paying for my rental out-of-pocket. Randy agreed that it was a fairly simple repair and ordered my fender before I actually dropped off the car. Nate was the intake guy when I arrived on Monday morning and told me what to expect and how things should proceed. I told him it was important for me to get the repair done as quickly as possible since I was paying for the rental out-of-pocket. They had it done for me on Wednesday and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire team! I have managed customer service teams and offices and their “can-do” attitude is what I try to preach to my employees all the time. Thank you team caliber/Lafayette Road!
