Everyone was so nice, friendly, and professional. Customer service from beginning to the end was excellent. Plus, they had my car ready in less than a week. I’m not satisfied with the repair… they didn’t gave me the car as they originally was before the crash. They Didn’t put all the front parts of the car… I took the car again asking to put them and still didn’t put them… so I’m very unsatisfied with the service. I surely would not go back

I think the glass repair guy did not put my rear view mirror back in the right place. Its too high. Now my line of sight is partially blocked by the sunglasses holder. Otherwise all the other body work is perfect.

Often, military members and their family are treated poorly, this is how I felt when I called USAA about my claim. Sasha and Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed and taken care of. My car literally looks better than when I bought it two years ago brand new. I was even more shocked when I got inside of my car, and it had been detailed. I’m definitely recommending caliber to everyone I know.
