The quality would have been a 10 if the hood had been replaced or repainted. The hood was just pulled out even though it was damaged as well. The hood has cracks in the paint all the way across. Not satisfied at all because of the hood.

This was my 2nd experience with Caliber Collision! The 1st was with the location on 56th street. However, this most recent repair experience was just great & certainly exceeded my expectations! Everyone-the staff from the person that answers the phone to the manager is so polite, friendly & professional!! The person assigned to communicate with me sent me daily updates & never hesitated to take my calls & or return my calls very promptly (thanks Sasha)!!! This location is great & seems to be very nice professional work environment! It’s not too often these days that you enter a workplace first thing in the morning where everyone you see is smiling, waving hello & they genuinely seem happy to be at work & ready to help. What made this an even better experience, just exceptional- was when I received my folder with the paperwork regarding the repairs a gift card was included because the young lady that was my assigned contact person thought I was so good to work with! Thank you Caliber for such a great job with the repairs & the exceptional service from start to finish!!!! You all are the BEST!!!!

They did an alright job painting the replaced door. They did not replace a messed up piece of molding between that and the door, it is not butted up with the molding, therfore... leaving a gap. Some of the molding is not snapped in correctly. The big issue is they didnt hook my speaker back up. I went to fill up tank with gas and noticed that they didnt reconnect the fuel tube back up to the body causing it to jjust flop around while driving. Everything should had been checked by the customer rep before calling me to come pick up. That, to me, is poor customer service.

Not happy at all. They replaced the door and even though they did a fine job painting, there were many issues that were found and explained. I would had never recomended them to anyone. Their work is very shoddy. I will never use them again. Customer service is fine in the front but lack of communication between them and the technician who does the job.

My experience with the Caliber team was phenomenal. They where professional and made sure I was comfortable with any questions or issues. They where very helpful and made sure they covered all my concerns. I would recommend Caliber to anyone wanting their car repaired. I rate Lafayette Rd at a “10” or higher!! I felt they came to work just for me😊

Car parts were left in the vehicle and the ECM cover and ECM were shoved in spaces under the hood. The battery connections were loose and the covers off, and after having to jump start the vehicle, the battery started smoking and needed to be replaced.

The entire experience was positive! Everything was explained at each step of the process and the updates timely and helpful. We left our garage opener in our car, and when I called they retrieved the opener and kept it safe and replaced it on the visor when we picked the completed car up !!!
