I was told my car was mistakenly not placed behind the locked gate and my car was "burglarized," the back passenger side window was busted out, Caliber did not take responsibility. I do not have tint so you can look directly in my car to see there was nothing in there of value. The back seat, in particular, is used by 3 children so all there was food, trash, and McDonald toys. Progressive totaled my car out and I was told by Caliber they couldn't find all the parts to my car to be repaired--when I indeed found all the parts within hours. I decided to 'owner retain' my car and fix it myself because it only has body damage it still purrs like a kitten. FYI Progressive owns ALL of Caliber Collisions so be aware of the scam these two companies will pull.

I realized that the part they fixed is a slightly darker color then what my car is but they did of good job of repairing it but it’s just the color that is bothering me a little bit

They were fast and the repairs look great. There is some place stuff on the passenger side door that was not there when I dropped it off. Hopefully it will scrub off. Other than that I am extremely happy!
